Your organization is invited to exhibit at the 10th African Crop Science Conference to be held from 10th to 13th October 2011, in Maputo, Mozambique.
Exhibiting at the conference will offer you an opportunity to share information, products and/or services with more than 400 crop scientists from all over Africa that are anticipated to attend the conference. Conference participants will have an opportunity to share your views and information regarding your company's products and services and their value to assist crop science and technology development and adoption by African farmers.
The Conference will emphasize the role of crop science research on providing for new and improved livelihood opportunities for farmers in Africa, which will impact on their income generation and food security. This event will facilitate a learning, dynamic and interactive environment. Opportunities will be created to interact and learn from each other and to open and broaden our horizons.
Conference thematic areas will include: agronomy, crop physiology and cropping systems, horticulture, crop genetics and improvement, crop protection, post harvest and food sciences, biotechnology, integrated crop and livestock systems, soil and water management, agricultural extension and education, agricultural economics and environment and climate change in agriculture.
The exhibition is combined with coffee breaks, lunches and posters sessions. Standard booth space measures 3m X 2 m and is available in multiples of this size. Exhibit fees are USD 400 per booth and will also include up to three (3) exhibitor badges and one (1) complimentary participant registration allowing full access to the Conference. You will be responsible for your own display and the ordering and cost of any additional items such as audio/visual equipment, telephones, and internet access.
